  1. Jennifer,
I really like your action resarch plan. I can tell you put a lot of thought into your plan. I am very curious to see your progress through implementing Conscious Discipline. I like that you are involoving other teachers in this process allowing ways for them to give you feedback through surveys and meetings. I think this is a good way to keep them interested and actively participating. One thought that I have is when reviewing your data, will you take into consideration the time of year? For example, you may not have as many referrals at the beginning of the year just because school is still new as you do at the end of the year. The end of the year or right before Christmas seems to be when the patience of the teacher is limited. I think it would be good to match your data by months comparing it to last year's data in that same month. I hope that make sense! Just my thoughts! Good luck with your research!

  2. Jennifer,
Very good and well planned project. Your timeline is easy to follow and your meetings, planning times seem to be right on target. I completely agree with Tiffany when it comes to considering time of year. That is an excellent suggestion.

I'm not familiar with Conscious Discipline so I look forward to learning more about it through following you on your blog.

    Good luck!
