Educational leaders can greatly benefit from using a
blog. It allows them to connect with the
community, share ideas, gather information and collaborate. It can allow you to reflect, attain feedback
from the community, raise questions and keep track of an array of data.
I also agree that blogs are an effective tool for educational leaders. I think the most effective way is one you mentioned, to connect with the community. Very good thoughts on this issue.
